My we-place was at opalen. It is a small shop in our public mall that sells coffee and cakes. I helped the people working there in different kinds of stuff. Like for example I helped with baking cakes, putting icing on cookies, making sandwiches, cutting vegetables etc. The people working there were really nice and they never got mad or annoyed when I messed up. I found it really fun working there because baking is one of my favourite hobbies and we got to taste and eat a lot of cake and cookies which was a plus side. On my last day of working there I got to decorate a cake and take it home, which I thought was really fun. I decorated my cake with mint chocolate and coffee flavoured icing. It was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I worked from 8 am to 14 pm. As much as I thought it was fun working there it was also really tiring because we didn’t get a lot of breaks while working. We only got to take a break when we had lunch. I don’t think I will consider working their as a carrier because I have other interests but I might consider working there as a part time job or a summer job.
